Contact Countertop Installers

Last updated:

Nobody here templates a kitchen, cuts a slab or sets a seam. This is an index of the shops that do. If you want a counter measured or installed, go to that fabricator's own profile: a claimed one prints the number to call direct, and every other one carries a short request form. Both are faster than writing to us.

Write to the Slab Desk

corrections@countertopinstallers.ca is the only address Countertop Installers publishes, and it is the one address for everything: a correction, a removal, a privacy request, a question about how a rank was worked out. It is read by a person, not a ticket queue, so an answer takes a few days rather than minutes.

How do I request a correction or removal?

Wrong number, wrong address, a shop that shut two years ago, a material category that does not match what the shop actually cuts, or a profile you own and want pulled: all of those are corrections the Slab Desk wants. Send them to corrections@countertopinstallers.ca, and name the shop and the page you saw it on so it can be found. Every one of the 876 records here came out of public data, and the people who know a record is wrong are usually the shop in it.

Do you own a shop listed here?

Nothing about your position on this site is for sale, so there is nothing to buy and nobody to negotiate with. What a shop can do is get its own record right, which is what the contractors page explains. Write from an address at the shop's own domain if it has one, so the Slab Desk can tell it is really you.

Is there a phone line?

No, and there is no live chat either. The whole of this operation is a small desk that reads public records about countertop shops and keeps them ordered. The phone numbers worth calling belong to the shops themselves; a shop that has claimed its profile prints its own number there, and every other profile carries a request form that reaches this desk instead.
